Hades II

Hades II presents a photographic interpretation of a porcelain sculpture in which Hades and his dogs unite in strength and tranquility. The flowers soften the harsh symbolism of the underworld, while the gold in the cracks alludes to transformation and the passage of time. The dark photography reinforces the mythical character of the sculpture.
